House, 5 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, (Sleeps 12)

Our house, 'All About Twins,' is located on the Gulf end of a dead-end cul-de-sac. The pool is out the front door, and to get to the beach, walk out the back door and down the boardwalk and you are on the gorgeous white sand beaches. The home was built in 2002 and has been professionally decorated... custom tile, hard wood floors, and lots of art work. Newly painted and new furniture in 2013. The house is three stories and has large porches off each floor with lovely views of the beach and water. Each bedroom is equipped with a television; there are DVD, Blu-ray and CD players, complimentary access to Netflicks, and high speed wireless.

We think you will love the house. It is perfect for a family or multi-couple get away. The first floor has the living areas and a queen bed & bath; 2d floor has the master bedroom (king bed) and another king bedroom, with the 3d bedroom having a double bed; the 3d floor is another living area/bedroom area with a queen murphy bed and queen sleeper sofa.

You can bike or walk on the paved sidewalks that run along Highway 30-A to Seaside and Watercolor. Seaside is less than two miles away. There are great restaurants in close proximity and a very large outlet mall about 25 minutes away. Panama City Beach is also easily accessible. Rent bikes and enjoy the area!

PLEASE NOTE: DURING THE SUMMER WE RENT ONLY FROM SUNDAY-SUNDAY.

Kids met friends from Atlanta and Nashville. Hung out entire vacation. This is our second time here and definitely coming back next year. House was beautiful and wonderful porches for sipping wine at night. Great kitchen - well laid out. Super vacation! Thank you for your accomodations.
