South Pointe Condo!

We stayed at this place for 2 weeks in december 2009. This owner has 3 condos. We stayed in 706 (if I remember well) which is on the ground floor, close to the nice pool, very quiet place. The owners are very nice people, they gave us an excellent service, they would do everything to help you. Our 2 children were with us (18 and 21) and when we asked the owners if Internet was connected, they went to get everything we needed so it would be available for our sons. The condo is clean, but a little bit small for 4 adults (a little tight in the bedroom) (our older son changed his plans and decided to join un at the last minute), but however, we were not inside for a long period so it did not really bothered us. For a family with younger child and 2 adults, it is perfect. The condo was newly updated, nice colors. The living room is yellow (nice but a little dark) but we told the owner it would take a little more light and he said he would change this to accomodate and I am pretty sure he will do it. Do not hesitate to rent this place and even if your reservation is not mentionned on the availability calender, do not worry. The owners have 3 places to rent but only one website. So, do not worry and enjoy the place!
Also, it is located close to groceries, shops and about 15 minutes from the beach. Great location and great owners! Have a great time in Fort Myers!
