Pineridge is a five bedroom 4.5 bath, 3,100 sq.ft. vacation retreat. High ceilings and open space greet you upon entering this two story home. The formal living room, formal dining room, family room large kitchen and dinette occupy the main floor. Laundry and pantry are adjacent to the kitchen. Bedroom featuring a queen size bed and ensuite are also located on the main floor. The second floor offers another family room, two bedrooms with twin beds and walk-in closets, a large master bedroom with queen size bed, ensuite and walk-in closet. Outdoor offers a fully screened enclosed West facing 14.75 x 30 pool Enjoy the closeness of Walt Disney World, shopping and activities of Orlando and Kissimmee and still have a quiet beautiful place to rest and enjoy the sun.
