From every bedroom, you wake up and sleep to the sound of waves. This home is elegantly decorated, with open-beamed ceilings, lots of windows and natural light. It features 20 foot open beamed ceilings, and French doors leading out to the private patio on the beach and gardens in the back. Sleep to the peaceful sounds of the ocean in one of two spectacular master suites with a king size bed. Enjoy the outdoor fireplace on the private master deck. The master bathroom is finished with custom marble and tile and has a separate over size steam shower and deep soaking tub to relax in after a day at the beach. The first of three guest rooms features a king bed and French doors leading to the courtyard. A second guest room is perfect for children and has twin beds, with French doors leading out to a patio on the beach.

This home is a one of a kind Malibu mansion. Located on a double wide lot on beautiful Broad Beach, which is one of the best beaches in California, offering complete privacy and yet close to all. Starbucks, supermarket, shopping are across the street. The home is apprx. 6,000 sq. feet. Construction was completed in 2009.
