Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a Gulf-Front condominium overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the Intercoastal Waterway within a 40 minute drive to Tampa International Airport or a 15 minute drive to the Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airport. Swim in the heated pool with a sundeck, relax at our private fishing pier and boat dock, sit or dine on our private balcony overlooking the pool, enjoy the magnificent sunsets, or just relax on the beach. Take a day trip to Busch Gardens in Tampa (45 minutes), Walt Disney World in Orlando (90 minutes), or the world-famous Ringling Art Museum and Asolo Theater in Sarasota (40 minutes.)
