This is a great gateway house. located right on a pond with beautiful panoramic views of the mountains and 5-10 minutes from lake Sunapee harbor and skiing. The perfect house to just relax, unwind and enjoy the beauty. Or to visit the great Lake Sunapee region with your friends and family. This is an older home, yet it features granite counter-tops and stainless steal appliances in the kitchen, new washer/dryer, dishwasher, jacuzzi and steam-shower in the master and sauna room. Kayak and row boat out from the private dock or barbecue on the deck.

Property Details: This house has it all, a 4 person peddle boat, 2 person kayak, and 4 person canoe, life preservers and paddles are provide, new washer/dryer, full kitchen with granite counter tops, new appliances, separate vegetable sink, dishwasher, etc.. The living room has a natural stone gas fireplace, 50' plasma TV above, entertainment center with DVD, stereo, etc.. There are four bedrooms, 3 upstairs, 1 down, 3 bathrooms, 1 downstairs, and two upstairs. One of which is a master bath with a steam shower, and deep soaking jacuzzi overlooking the entire pond with mountain views, breathtaking! The house has a deck with grill overlooking the water, yard area, and a safe easy entry into the pond access off your own private dock + steps leading down at the water's edge. The house is all around a very cozy.

The Pond: The Pond is a 160 + acre pond which allows all boating activities including water skiing, tubing, kayaking, etc..

Lake Sunapee: Lake Sunapee boat launch area and town center is only 5 minutes away.
