This is a beautiful recently renovated condo with 1 bed, 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, comfortable living room with new leather furniture, fireplace as well as a wall mount HDTV with a Blue Ray DVD player. High Speed Internet. The bedroom has a gorgeous king size bed with fine linens as well as a walk in closet. The facility has a beautiful pool and jacuzzi area with a fully equipped fitness room with HDTV. There is
a BBQ area beside the pool with a gazebo to enjoy those romantic candlelit evening dinners.
Located on the Boundary of Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, this location is close to upscale shopping, golf and fine dining. Come relax and enjoy.
Security deposit: A $350.00 Security deposit is required within 1 week of booking which is fully refundable within 2 weeks of departure providing the condo is in good condition. ANY SMOKING IN THE CONDO UNIT WILL FORFEIT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT!

Cleaning fee of $75.00 is also due at the time of the full rental.

The unit itself was adequate, and the location was satisfactory. There were problems with internet access. The owner did not provide satisfactory customer service in that she did not fulfill the terms of the rental contract.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone.
This was our second time staying at this wonderful condo and we love it here. This time we stayed for 4 weeks and it is such a homey place and we absoloutley love the neighborhood.

We were pleasantly surprised by this condo. The condo itself is clean, nicely decorated and is well equipped. Everything looks brand new and I appreciate the higher quality living room furniture. When you rent a place you expect it to be clean and you generally know what you’re getting into with the décor and location. But this condo excelled at the other things the listings don’t mention. For instance even though this unit is reasonably close to the main road, I never noticed any traffic noise. Neighbors were quiet and friendly and even the pool area was relaxing, rather than overrun with children. I loved that this unit faced east… as it was great to hang out on the patio in the morning while drinking coffee, but also comfortable later in the day since the sun had long passed overhead. And finally I really enjoyed the fact that the pool was just on the other side of this building… so it’s only a 30 second walk to the pool where I imagine other units might take 3-5 minutes. As others have stated the location is great and the grocery store down the street is the best I’ve ever seen. Finally, I’d just like to say thanks to Naomi for being so proactive about everything, she is by far the best property owner I’ve worked with on homeaway.
We had a wonderfull time at the Bella Terra condominiums.This was our second winter at this location and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there.Aside from the beautiful weather the condo was well maintained and had a very welcoming atmoshere to it.We would recommend it to any friend or relative interested in spending a relaxing time in Scottsdale and the surrounding areas.Naomi has been extremely easy to deal with in renting this property and has provided excellent customer service.

You can't beat this location for proximity to shopping, restaurants and freeway access. We can't wait to visit Scottsdale again.
My wife and I just returned from Phoenix Dec 27, 2010 and had a fantastic stay at this condo, and it was very clean and homey - everything as advertised. BBQ is a short walk but well worth the effort. The location was very accessible to not only the airport ( 20 minutes or so ) but also to many Golf Courses and Scenic hiking trails. Old Scottsdale was a reasonable commute and well worth the afternoon adventure ( the FREE Trolley Bus is a must do ). Use of the Fry's Club card made it very inexpensive to eat in and the balcony is a great place to enjoy a nice glass of wine after a days adventures. Many thanks to the owners for allowing us the opportunity to share this place!!! Recommended to all our friends and family.
