Drive under a covered bridge to the quiet Chocorua Ski and Beach Association just off Route 16 in Tamworth. This location offers a quiet private beach on Moore's Pond for swimming, kayaking/canoeing, and fishing. Hiking and bike trails within walking distance. In the winter months, ski mobile trails are accessible from the back door, and skiing within a twenty to thirty minute drive. North Conway area shopping only twenty minutes away. Ten minutes from Lake Ossipee and twenty minutes from Lake Winnepesauke. This 3 BR, 2/12 BA home includes an amenity filled kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher), gas fireplace in living room, master bath w/ soak tub, private deck and master balcony overlooking wooded property, and large family room on lower level. Loft off master bedroom sleeps additional guests.
