Charming Rancho Mirage house in small quiet neighborhood of 30 homes. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with private pool and Jacuzzi. Large open room joins kitchen, eating and family room and opens to a beautiful backyard surrounded by fruit trees and bouganvillea walls. The home is great for entertaining or simply relaxing by the private pool or outdoor fireplace. The neighborhood has a large swimming pool located across the street which is heated all winter. Close to the best and finest shopping in the valley, from the Westfield Mall (3 mi) and the Riverwalk (0.5 mi) to the designer shops that line El Paseo. The home is impeccably well maintained, includes many amenities and is in a fantastic location - you will not be disappointed.
