Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation at our beautiful, Gulf-front condominium located in Sterling Beach in the family-friendly Thomas Drive area of Panama City Beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Sterling Beach has on street level parking in front of the building with no decks or 'walkovers'. Our unit is a Biscayne unit at Sterling Beach. It is on the third floor. It sleeps 6-8 guests. It has over 1600 sqft of spacious living area, 10 foot ceilings, 3 bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a full sized washer & dryer in a separate utility room, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, a great room, and a huge Gulf front balcony.

Sterling Beach is one of Panama City Beach's most beautiful deluxe resorts. Sterling Beach is a 92 unit complex, located on 5 acres, and surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. It has 300 feet of sugar white beachfront, a 4000 square foot free form swimming pool (heated seasonally), an expansive sun deck, and a Gulf front Hot Tub. Outdoor gas barbeque grills are adjacent to the pool deck. The complex offers a first rate workout facility complete with treadmills, cardio machines and extensive free weights all overlooking the gulf!

    Security/damage deposit of $300 is required to reserve unit. Renter(s) will be responsible for all damage to the unit excluding normal wear and tear. The security deposit, less any charges for damages, will be returned within 10-14 working days of your departure date.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival for full refund of deposit. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

    Full payment for accommodations must be received 21 days prior to arrival.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and connecting bathroom with a tub/shower combination and double sinks. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. The balcony is accessible from the both the living room and the master bed room. Our unit is located on the third floor, overlooking the pool and the Gulf. Our 31 foot long balcony provides an additional 236 square feet to relax and enjoy a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico, dolphins, ships and extraordinary sunsets.
