Located in the new development of Silversage, this wonderful home is minutes away from SolVista Ski Resort and two golf courses: Headwaters at SolVista and Grand Elk. The central location of this home allows easy access to all of Grand County's attractions. Hot Sulphur Springs, our best kept secret, is a 15 minute drive. Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resorts are a 25 minute drive. There are miles of nordic skiing terrain within short distances at SolVista , Snow Mountain Ranch, or Devil's Thumb Resort. Grand Lake and the three lakes (Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain, and Grand Lake) are all within a 15 minute drive. Outdoor activities include hiking trails, skiing, boating, biking, golfing, fishing, kayaking, rafting, and much, much more.

PERFECT Family Vacation home!

Thank you so much for the use of your home. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us...and then some! We enjoyed the hot tub and the great view from the patio. In fact, a moose came into the yard several days. VERY exciting! We didn't get any new snow while we were there, and we weren't able to ski Sol Vista like we had hoped. Winter Park was just a short drive away, though, and we enjoyed several days on the slopes. The kids (really adults) enjoyed the theater room and the pool table. Dad enjoyed the kitchen and we didn't have to eat out a single meal. On the last morning, we went on the Dog Sled ride, which was the highlight of our trip. Definitely the chance of a lifetime. All said, we REALLY had a great experience in your home and hope to come back again soon.
