Huge master bedroom with plasma, couch, loveseat and Jacuzzi tub with stereo system (record player!) Dedicated video game room with Xbox 360 (rock band, racing etc.), 42'' plasma and hi def cable and DVR. Family room and pool table room have twin plasmas and surround sound hi-fi stereo system with a bar and mini refrigerator. • Pool table • Swimming pool is 40' X 20' and has diving board, layout deck in water, waterfall, spa that seats 10. • Massage chair---leather recliner • Video game room w/Xbox ---Rock band, race cars etc. • Stereo system in throughout house and outside--all connected to Sat/Sirius radio with subwoofer • Granite Bar with separate refrigerator • Plasma and DVD is master bedroom along with couch, love seat and refrigerator • 2 Firepits, 1 small (glass) and one large enough to sit around with lava rock • DVR, Showtime, High Speed Internet, Sirius sat radio (optional). 5 minutes from shopping in La Quinta/Palm Desert and Fantasy Springs Casino.
