BUCKS COUNTY ALL SEASON RIVER HOME

What better way to celebrate a 60th birthday then with your your closest friends in house that's too good to be true. Each morning we awoke with a euphoric sense of being because of this idyllic setting in a beautiful and comfortable home on the riverbank.
And, Joan's home exemplifies that it's also about the little things; comfortable pillows and high end products. She skimps on nothing and you feel like royalty in a relaxed, breathtaking atmosphere.
Thank you, Joan, we will all be back again... many times!!!

Imagine our delight to end our PA trip along the banks of the Delaware in such a fabulous house! The outward appearance was the first clue we were in for a treat, followed quickly by the beautiful entry and elevator to transport our heavy bags!
The house appears to be brand new - well maintained and beautifully and comfortably decorated. We especially enjoyed the large and well stocked kitchen, and the outside seating areas for enjoying river views.
The tow below offered safe places for morning walks and we appreciated the friendly shopping and driving advice offered by the owner. ( She was very accessible and helpful).
It was the favorite part of our girl's 8 day trip to know the greater Philadelphia area, and we'd all love to come back!

I agree wholeheartedly with all the other positive reviews so thought I'd write this from the perspective of a parent with 2 small children.
- great location -right on the river so kids were able to wade, go on canoe, take long nature walks; close to several towns; also convenient for day trips to Sesame Place, Camden Aquarium, Crayola Factory, Bucks County Children's Museum, Philly Children's Museum & Zoo and more.
- inside house - beautiful better than pictured/described, convenient layout with large kitchen and inside and outside dining tables; loved that stairwells could be closed off with sliding doors; house was well-stocked to make things super convenient...pack n' play, board games, lots of towels, washer/dryer, etc. House also had bicycles, kayak, wading pool, and more.
- per owner's suggestion - we stayed on 2nd floor with kids in 1 room and us in the other. Given the size of the house and age of kids (2 and 4) - this was perfect for keeping an eye on them.
-there was a full master suite on top floor for additional guests.
-house elevator made for easy transport of kids after long days, groceries and arrival/departure
-house was spotless and well maintained.
-owner was very communicative before, during and after trip. went above and beyond in terms of making home a wonderful place to be in every way possible
Overall this was a vacation that every one of us enjoyed thoroughly and we can't wait to go back again!
