Sunny skies and beautiful surroundings await your arrival! This 1450 square foot three-year old single-level home offers brand new furnishings and is immaculate and richly decorated throughout. Not only is there a TV/DVD in the great room, but a flat screen TV in the Master Bedroom with cable plus high speed internet service. The kitchen is fully stocked and all linens are provided. The Master Suite includes two mirrored closets plus a walk-in closet. The Master Bath features a separate shower, separate toilet area, and Roman tub. The guest bathroom offers both tub and shower. There is a two car garage, a cozy patio & outdoor furniture with a fully landscaped yard - a perfect place to have coffee in the morning or happy hour at sunset. The laundry room has full-sized appliances and the office can be converted to an extra bedroom.
