Built in 2008, this 4 BR/3.5 BA luxury home in Old Town boasts 3,200 sq. ft. in an absolutely perfect location, 100 feet away from Main Street. Enjoy easy access to all of what Park City has to offer, with world class shopping, 5-star restaurants, the trolley and the free shuttle to all 3 ski resorts (Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley and The Canyons) within easy walking distance. Town Lift is within a few blocks from the home as well. This home's location cannot be beat for those groups and families wanting to make ski vacation memories as well as those looking for an absolutely perfect Sundance Film Festival location.

This home still looks and feels brand new and offers luxurious accommodations through its two master suites, two large additional bedrooms, a media room/ den and very large kitchen and family room area. The home also features a large deck with large private hot tub. Accommodates 10 very comfortably.

Located at the top of Historic Main St, within easy walking distance to all restaurants, shopping and nightlife. A few blocks from Town Lift as well as the free shuttle to all area ski resorts.

Ski: Convenient access to all 3 Park City area ski resorts. The free shuttle to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley and The Canyons is within 2 blocks from the house. The bus to PCMR also stops on Main St, about 100 ft from the house. Town Lift to PCMR is about 5 blocks from the house and can also be reached via the Main Street trolley and the shuttle that stop 100 ft from the house. The house is in a perfect location to access all that Park City has to offer after a day on the slopes as Main Street's famous restaurants, galleries and shopping are all just steps away.

beautiful house and great location

We had a group of 8 stay; the house and location were amazing. The bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. We walked to the town lift each morning and could walk to all of the shops and bars. We forgot one bag when we checked out and Aleisha answered the phone right away and made sure we got the bag back. We would definitely stay again.

Our family had a wonderful time at the house. It is located right by all of the shopping and restaurants. Our kids loved riding the free trolley up and down Main St and to the Town lift. We loved everything about the house, especially the steam shower! We hope to make it an annual vacation.
