Moose Roost is located on Lake Disharoon in the beautiful mountains and hard wood forest of Big Canoe. Walk to the pool and beach and main trail entrance. Big Canoe offers 4,500 square miles of gated wildlife preserve with three championship nine hole golf courses, a first class tennis facility with indoor and outdoor courts, a professionally equipped recreation center with indoor pool, twenty plus miles of hiking trails, boat rentals from the newly renovated marina, fishing in one of our four lakes, and mountain attractions and shopping nearby. Moose Roost is decorated in bear and moose themes with everything that you would need for a fabulous mountain vacation. The beds have pillow top mattresses, inside, and out Bose sound system, wireless Internet, 4 TVs with music and movie library, and stacked stone wood fireplace.
