Wonderful beach house with separate living and sleeping quarters. This house is in the gated community of Destiny West across from the Crab Trap Restaurant Complex - great for families! This house is newly remodeled, clean and neat. Main house has three bedrooms upstairs and two full baths upstairs. Off the kitchen on the first floor is another full bath of the main house. The guest quarters have their own living room - great for in-laws or teenagers! Upstairs has two bedrooms, one full bath, washer and dryer. Downstairs off living room is a half bath. Two sets of washers and dryers for large groups. Bedrooms are set up as follows: Main house master has king. Main house kids room has bunk beds. Main house guest room has queen bed. Main house first floor has pull out queen sofa bed. Guest house master has king bed and pull out full. Guest house kids room has two twin beds. All bedrooms are upstairs.

Destiny West is located just across Scenic 98 at the Crab Trap Restaurant Complex. This house is about 300 yards to the sand, across Scenic 98. House is in a beautiful gated community, with awesome amenities and close to shopping at Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Shopping, Sandestin Resort and a load of great restaurants. You will be close enough to the action while having the peace and quiet of this beautiful community. Walking trails are all along the beach for walking, jogging, bike riding...........just outside your doorstep.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental rates are posted but negotiable on off peak times and for last minute bookings
  • Pets are negotiable and at owners approval. Pet fee is non-refundable $200. Security deposit is fully refundable if all terms are met. Security deposit is $500. Cleaning fee is paid by renter and is $175. Tax of 11% is paid on rental rate, cleaning fee and pet fee.
  • Rentals are paid by cash, certified check or personal check. Half the rental rate is due upon contract, other rent half, pet fee, clean fee and taxes due thirty days prior to arrival. Last minute bookings must pay all fees up front.

Outdoor space: This home offers a wonderful back yard that is fully fenced for your children and pets. The back porch offers an outdoor shower, grilling deck and entry to both sections of the house.
