Our home is nestled in the Ahwatukee Foothills, with fantastic Golf Course and mountain views throughout the home. Enjoy the lush tropical and desert landscaping and the view of Club West Golf Course Hole #13 or a fire in the chimeneya from the covered patio. Enjoy the conveniences of a fully stocked kitchen, an outdoor barbecue, wireless internet, and a functional home office. The master bedroom also has lush scenery, a large attached luxury bathroom, and Southwest furnishings. The living room features comfortable leather furniture, a gas fireplace, a 42-in HDTV with Satellite service, a DVD player, and CD/VHS players.

Our home is located in the beautiful Ahwatukee Foothills region, adjacent to Club West Golf Course. Nearby Phoenix South Mountain Preserve has abundant hiking and mountain biking trails, beautiful scenery, and the opportunity to explore historical Indian petroglyphs. The home has easy access to major freeways which lead to Arizona State University (ASU), downtown Phoenix, and the international airport within 25 minutes. The spring training homes of the California Angels, Oakland A's, San Francisco Giants, and Chicago Cubs are also in close proximity, as are the Phoenix zoo and the Desert Botanical Garden. The nightlife of Scottsdale and the college atmosphere of Tempe are accessible as well.

Wonderful Vacation

The house is lovely and is in an excellent location. Everything we needed was available. We will definately rent again. The only problem we had was we are used to a king bed and the master bedroom is a queen so we found it a bit small.

We had guests and they loved it as well.

Great rental

We rented this house for the month of December because it's very close to my sister's house and allowed us to have a lot of family gatherings for the holidays. We agree with a previous reviewer that the pictures don't do the house justice.

It's very well equipped, with lots of utensils and appliances in the kitchen (loved the espresso machine). There are more books than you could read in several years. Good internet connection with a set of phones and unlimited long-distance.

The owner met us on check in and out. He was very attentive to our needs and available in a timely manner if we needed him.

We're not golfers, but it's a great location having a course right behind the backyard. It would be nice to have a TV in the bedroom, but it's not a deal-breaker. We hope to return next year.

Beautiful house, great location.

We were very happy with this beautiful house for our 11 day stay. It was even better than the pictures on the web site. Spacious open beam plan, awesome master bedroom and ensuite. The house was very clean and very well equipped. Our host was very pleasant and helpful. He met us at arrival and was available if we ever had any problems, which we didn't. The back yard is nicely landscaped, even with a lemon tree. We made lemonaid, and enjoyed watching many diferent birds, bunnies, and golfers pass by. Ahwatukee is a great community. The area is hilly, and adjacent to south mountain. A great place to hike, run, and bike. Yet, close to freeways with easy access to the rest of the valley. I would highly recommend this property and hope to be back myself sometime soon.
