Recently rebuilt beautiful home is located on Lake Sinissippi in southern Wisconsin. Modern updates include an open floor plan, skylights, new kitchen and appliances, new bathrooms, a Trex deck and 75 foot pier, soaring ceilings and 2 walls of windows exposing panoramic southern and western views of the lake. The 3 bedrooms are tastefully appointed with Ralph Lauren bedding and ceiling fans. The finished walkout lower level includes 4 bunk beds, a sitting area with TV, new washer and dryer, and a bar. Lake Sinissippi is a 2900 acre lake with several islands. It offers the excitement of water sports or quietly exploring the lake in our canoe or fishing. Guests also have the option of bringing their own boat or personal water craft to launch in the public landing. On land, there are plenty of activities such as hiking, biking, star gazing, bonfires, fireworks, or exquisite sunsets. Witness an explosion of fall foliage surrounding the lake or relax on a crisp evening by our firepit.

  • All rentals require a $500 security deposit which will be refunded if no damage has occurred.
  • Cleaning fee varies on the number of bedrooms used. 1 BDR = $70, 2 BDR = $85, 3 BDR = $100. Surcharge of $5.00 for each of 4 bunk beds used and or additional people over 10 guests.
  • Renters must be at least 25 years old.
    3 person Jet Ski for rent for tubing or skiing! $350 per 3 day weekend and $700 per week.

Jet Ski Rental: We have a 3 person Jet Ski for rent while you stay. It is perfect for tubing or skiing behind. We provide a tube, 2 pair of skis, tow rope and plenty of life jackets. Rental cost is $350 for a 3 day weekend and $700 for the week. The Jet Ski can reach speeds up to 60 MPH. E-mail us for pictures!
