3 Bedrooms + Sunroom, 3 Baths (Sleeps 9-12)

Follow your dream to this oceanfront getaway. HUGE master bedroom fills the entire upstairs opening to an open deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean-great for star gazing or watching the moon over the ocean. The first floor has two bedrooms w/ full baths, a cozy living & dining area complete with TV & fireplace. Also, a fully equipped kitchen is waiting for you to cook up the fresh seafood and vegetables the Island is famous for. A sunroom and screen porch just steps from the ocean complete the first floor.

House is a duplex with each side having over 2000 sqft. Prices and availability are for side B. Side A is also available at some times (dates may vary) if you have need of twice the space!

On the ground floor are private showers with hot and cold water, a large picnic area with gas grill & charcoal grill, a hammock for relaxing with your favorite book. The outside areas for the two units are separated by a wall for added privacy.

You will love the Seafarer B & Edisto Island!

The community is a small 'beach town' with friendly family feeling. There is opportunity for golfing, fishing, crabbing, nature hikes and kayaking. Of course, the ocean itself is right out the front door with chances for swimming, surfing, and beachcombing. The map looks as if Palmetto Blvd. is in front of the house. However, it is behind the house and there is nothing between the house and the beach. The location is fabulous! There are excellent seafood restaurants and several wonderful gift shops.
