This vacation rental is oceanfront, ground floor, easy access, only 27 stepping stones through the white sand dunes to the ocean. A spacious living room with an open floor plan and oceanside exposure. We are located just south of main beach so no vehicles are allowed except lifeguards between you and the water. From sunrise to sunset you can watch shorebirds and dolphins then stargaze at night on what will seem like your own private beach.

The eastern edge has white pristine sand separating your home away from the Atlantic Ocean. Two miles to the west is the Amelia River and the Cumberland Sound separating you from the mainland. Enjoy Ft. Clinch State park, fishing, kayaking, specialty cruises, tennis, golf, horseback riding, hiking the wilderness of Egan's Creek Greenway. Bicycle or walk to downtown where you can visit the musuem and old jail house, shop for antiques or the newest in fashion, ride on a horse drawn carriage or take a tour of our lighthouse. We have many local restaurants, hidden gems from gourmet dining to local haunts. Enjoy one or more of our local theaters for drama & comedy, art and music or just come to relax on the beach. Everyone will take away memories that will last a lifetime. Fernandina Beach is a place you will want to come back to again and again

Reservations: Rates are subject to change prior to confirmation. Reservations require a completed rental agreement and a 50% deposit prior to confirmation. Rent can be paid by cashiers check, money order or personal check. Please make check out to Pam Sass and include rental dates on the check. A fee of $50.00 will be charged for all returned checks. Renter responsible for liability and payment must be at least 25 years of age. Cancellations must be made no less than 30 days prior to your arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations are not accepted by email.

Check in: Check in time is no earlier than 1:00pm, check out is no later than 11:00am
