Black Bear Lodge is Located About 90 Yards from the West Wall Lift. it is a 25 Unit New Luxury Complex with a Heated Covered Garage; Outdoor Hot Tub; a Large Lodge Room with a TV and Fireplace. This Three Bedroom, Three Bath Corner Unit Unit Sleeps 8. the Private Master Bedroom with a King Bed and a Jacuzzi Tub is Located Upstairs. the Other Two Downstairs Bedrooms Have Their Own Connected Bathrooms and Queen Beds. All Bedrooms Have Their Own TV and the Den Has a Flat Screen TV. the Kitchen Has Knotty Alder Cabinets, Granite Countertops and a Raised Bar Top with Seating. the Living Room Has a Comfortable Leather Sleeper Sofa and Vaulted Ceilings and a Fireplace. There is a Washer and Dryer in the Unit and it is Tastefully Decorated with High End Furniture. the Complex Has a Hot Tub, Gas Grill, and an Eating Area on its Scenic Patio.
