Great House, Great Location

Lovely residential community, easy driving distance to Narragansett & Newport. Ideally situated right on the water, great views. Although not "beachfront", there is easy access (5 min walk) to a private yet substantial sandy beach. There's no parking, so a beach cart comes in very handy. The house is exceptionally maintained and stocked, very comfortable. There's a Queen bedroom & full bath on 1st floor, another Queen bedroom, 2 sets of bunk beds (with trundle beds I believe) & full bath on 2nd floor. The deck is narrower than the pictures may lead you to believe, and couldn't get the grill to work while we were there, but this did little to impact our stay. Would definitely consider another stay here.

Best view at Bonnet Shores

My family just returned from staying at this beautiful house at Bonnet Shores in Narragansett, RI. The views are absolutely stunning. The house is right on the ocean with views of the Newport Bridge and Beaver Tail Light House. The walk to the rocks was great and the kids absolutely loved looking for Ocean Treasures. The walk to the beach is only 5 minutes and the water and waves were great. The kids and adult kids had a blast body surfing and body surfing.

The house has everything you need to have a great beach vacation. It is spotless and the beds are so comfortable which isn’t common with rental properties. The central air was great since we had some very hot days. The finished basement was great so that the kids could hang out down there and watch t.v. so the adults could have some quiet time ?

The owners of the home were great to deal with. The oven broke while we were there and they had somebody out to the house with in 24 hours to try and fix it.

My only suggestions for the owners would be to put the door on the outdoor shower so that everybody could take an actual shower. Also t.v.s in the King rooms would have been great – but that is just because we love watching t.v. in bed.

We had an absolutely fantastic vacation and highly recommend this house.
