We are so happy we found your condo on the HomeAway web site. We have always stayed in homes, but your place looked so nice we thought we would give it a try! The pictures online do not do justice on how beautiful your condo is! You have it decorated so beautifully and it is immaculately clean. The views are awesome and we finally saw 2 dolphins swim up to the docks on New Year's Eve. Thank you for recommending the Manatee viewing! Our kids loved that! If we ever come back to Clearwater we would definitely stay here and we would definitely recommend your place to friends and family. It truly felt like we were staying at a friend's house here! The best VIP rental ever!

We were a party of six and could not believe how spacious (over 1800 SF) and comfortable this condo was! Everyone loved it and the kitchen is well-equipped and enabled us to cook several wonderful meals there. However, we did love the nearby restaurants also. But, the best part was sitting out on the wonderful patio watching the dolphins play! We kept missing the manatees since we were enjoying the short walk to the beautiful beach! We highly recommend this wonderful condo to everyone wanting a true home away from home. We will be back!

Fabulous vacation condo

This condo was absolutely brilliant. We had a very comfortable stay over Christmas and I would recommend this condo to anyone. Tim and Heather were so helpful and even left us a Christmas pudding plus other "British" items to make us feel at home. Although a lot of the time is normally spent on the beach or visiting attractions, we wanted some family time over the holiday period and Tim provided games for us to play. This is the sort of extra service that is much appreciated and makes this accommodation stand out from the rest.
Everything is brand new and really well designed and comfortable. Especially the beds and sofas. It is all as described and more.
The property was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. The kitchen was very well stocked and I did a lot of baking over that week.
We saw dolphins playing in the water on Christmas Day from the balcony. The area felt quiet and safe and very close to the beach. This saved us having any parking problems.They left recommendations for restaurants/cafes etc. We only tried one and this was excellent.
Overall, we could not fault the accommodation and the owners were so very helpful.
We enjoyed Busch Gardens (a 45 minute drive away) but it was a little pricey and the food availability poor. In all honesty we enjoyed the Science Musuem more. The beach nearby was beautiful and well maintained but as the weather was cool we didn't make as much use of it as we would have liked.
The boys particularly enjoyed the crazy golf course just across the road so worth a visit for a couple of hours.
Recommended for:  Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
