Palacio De Esmeraldas (Palace of Emeralds) an easy 10 minute drive from the Airport and Strip (I-215/I-15). This very new six bedroom three bath home offers a great deal of sleeping space, amenities and features for the money. The home is very large and can accommodate 12-14 guests. Guests will enjoy a living room and separate family room, each with its own Big Screen LEDE/Plasma HDTVs and game table (Pool Table, Ping Pong, Air Hockey) and full bar with slot machines (for entertainment only). All 6 bedrooms are well-appointed with luxury bedding including Serta Luxury Pillowtop mattresses and 400 - 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. There is a sparkling childsafe gated pool, with walk-in beach entry. The patio features a gas BBQ and patio table with seating. This is a great setup for families with small children.
