Optimal location for Paris city tour

Lorraine's apartment is equipped with everything you need for a city tour in Paris and Lorraine is a very nice and helpful landlady who has answered our many advance questions by e-mail in a very friendly manner.
A small elevator for 2 persons gets you to the 4th floor of the building with a view through big windows over the rooftops of the Marais.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for small self-catering (breakfast).
The bathroom is small, but very clean.
The clean double-bed is huge for French conditions (about 1.60 meters) and furnished with comfortable pillows and a big blanket.
Even with the extended sleeping couch we (three adults) could still move comfortably in the small one-room-apartment.
Directly opposite the apartment, there is a small supermarket where you really get everything you need, and at the corner of the street a wonderful bakery.
Optimally is the location of the apartment – approx. 5 minutes walk to Centre Pompidou, a big metro station is just around the corner and the camera controlled parking is directly at the corner of Rue de Rivoli (special rates for longer parking, ask the manager (follow sign) upon arrival).
Lorraines Apartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Städtetour-Aufenthalt in Paris benötigt, und Lorraine ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die im Vorfeld unsere vielen Fragen per E-Mail ganz freundlich beantwortete.
Ein kleiner Aufzug für 2 Personen bringt den Gast ins 4. OG über die Dächer des Marais mit schöner Aussicht aus großen, hellen Fenstern.
Die Küche ist mit allem bestückt, was man für eine kleine Selbstversorgung (Frühstück) benötigt.
Das Bad ist klein, aber sehr sauber.
Das saubere Doppelbett ist für französische Verhältnisse groß (ca. 1,60 m) und mit angenehmen Kopfkissen und Bettdecke versehen.
Selbst bei ausgeklappter Schlaf-Couch konnten wir drei Erwachsenen uns noch gut in der kleinen Ein-Raum-Wohnung bewegen.
Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man wirklich alles Nötige einkaufen kann, und am Ende der Straße eine wunderbare Bäckerei.
Besonders optimal an der Wohnung ist die Lage – in ca. 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Centre Pompidou, eine große Metro-Station ist direkt um die Ecke und das Parkhaus unmittelbar an der Ecke zur Rue de Rivoli (gewährt sogar Sonderpreise für längeres Parken, beim Eintreffen den „Manager“ aufsuchen (ausgeschildert), sonst wesentlich höherer Automaten-Gesamtpreis bei Abreise).
