Economical and cozy all season New England-style cottage, between Geneva and Penn Yan, that sleeps 6. Paddle boat, fire pit, gas grill, gas-fireplace for those fall and winter nights. Air conditioning and ceiling fans for those extremely hot days. New covered boat hoist and expanded 100'dock. Eat in kitchen has some spices and some staples. Rock and sandy lake bottom with long gradual deepening. Right on the wine trail. NEW this year 26' LCD/ HD flat screen TV/built in DVD. A very tranquil property, winter or summer.
