Tenth floor, wraparound end unit with endless views of the beach, the gulf and the island. Enjoy spectacular sunsets on private balcony. Unit is newly tiled; new walk-in master bath shower. Main living area is an open living/dining area with a couch,chairs, new flat-screen TV, and new dining table. Fully equipped kitchen. Master bedroom incudes a king-sized bed, dresser, TV, large walk-in closet and bathroom with newly tiled shower. Second bedroom includes twin beds, large dresser. Second full bath with shower/tub. Unit includes covered parking located in first row. Tradewinds is a beautiful complex which boasts a nice beachfront heated pool, community grilling and sitting areas. The lobby, social room and hallways are all newly-renovated. Laundry area on each floor. WI-FI available in community library and first floor social room. WI-FI in unit as of Dec, 2012. Please note that minimum rental is one month.

The Unit: End Unit is fully equipped with linens, towels. Kitchen is full equipped. Cable TV. Easy to maintain - all floors are tiled. A coin-operated laundry room with trash/recycle bins is located on each floor. The building is very secured. The unit's covered parking spot is located in the front row; visitor spots are available.
