Master Bedroom Highlights : The master bedroom features a queen size bed with 4 pillows and dual side tables & lamps. This bedroom also features a 26' tv that sits atop a matching chest of drawers, next to a matching full length dresser with mirror. All beds (master and 2 guests) are outfitted with fine linens and fabrics, with mattresses that are less than 5 yrs old. Enjoy the view of the bay from the bedroom balcony (northward), or step out on the private waterfront balcony through one of two 6 ft. glass sliders (living & master bedroom).

The master bath features a full-size stand up shower.

Guest Bedroom Highlights : The guest bedrooms (2) feature a Queen Size and a Full size bed with side tables & lamps, each room offers 4 pillows, matching linens and full dressers with mirrors. The middle room also includes a 24” TV.

The Main bath offers a full bath with shower and laundry amenities.

SPACIOUS WATERSIDE DECK: Enjoy relaxing outdoors on the quiet community deck with tasteful landscaping and Adirondack chairs or just sunning yourself away from the noise of the beach. Two octagonal picnic tables are provided for condominium use

Wonderful, relaxing location

Everything about this property was great: the location, the accommodation, the facilities. We only found one thing missing - a kettle(!) and that was provided the same evening by a very friendly and helpful neighbour. The owner was there to meet us at the property and was extremely helpful and welcoming - suggesting restaurants and places of interest. We had a lovely relaxing stay between our busy stays in New York and Washington DC, and were so glad we chose a place away from the sea front. We would have no hesitation in recommending this place to anybody.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
