Beautiful furnished updated 2 BR / 2 BA waterfront condo in Perico Island, only minutes to Anna Maria Island´s most beautiful beaches, dining, pubs, shopping, and outdoor fun. This lovely condo features two lanais, one glassed in lanai next to the living room with beautiful lake views, one screened in lanai from the second bedroom. There is also an open area in front of the condo where you can sit and relax. Washer/Dryer is in the unit. The home is fully air conditioned along with ceiling fans to assist cooling. The community offers swimming pool, tennis courts and a BBQ area. Only minutes from golf, restaurants and shopping. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY - SORRY, NO PETS.

It is offering white sandy non-crowded beaches, as well as gorgeous sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Longboat Key is another great island for you to explore with quaint shops, excellent restaurants, and nightlife. Also experience St. Armand's Circle - a must for the avid shopper - located just 30 minutes away in Sarasota, FL. Lido Key is also another perfect area to visit close to this home including South Lido Beach Park which has lots of shade and is great for picnics and walks.
