Open concept kitchen, living room, and dining room with cathedral ceilings and lots of natural light. Two private bedrooms sleep 4 (one room has queen and the other a full). There is a large sleeping loft that can sleep up to 6 with a full size bed and 4 twins. There is a large family room with a pull out couch that can also be a master bedroom. Nice flat lot right on a major paved road with plenty of parking. One can walk across the street to Equipe Sports if any necessary equipment is needed. Fully supplied kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Washer and dryer. Cable TV and wireless internet. No pets and no smoking allowed.

Great location about 1 mile from the Stratton Access road. Within half an hour drive to 3 other mountains (Bromley, Magic, and Mt. Snow). Just over a half hour drive to Okemo. Close to the VAST trail, outlet shopping in Manchester (15 miles away), and many options for outdoor recreation (Bald Mountain Dam, Jamaica State Park, Townsend Dam, Grout Pond).

Additional information about rental rates

  • BOOK BY NOVEMBER 1st AND GET 10% OFF (excluding holidays).
  • Peak times are:
    December 24 to January 3
    January 15 to January 17
    February 12 to February 20
    March 15 to March 20th

    Peak rates are $450/night with a 3 night minumum. Extra nights are then $200/night. Weekly peak rates are $2000/week.
  • The 'Per/Night' rates are charged for the first 2 nights. The 'Extra night' rates are for any additional days beyond the 2 night minimum.

    Security deposit is $300 for short term rentals.

    Tax rate are for stays under 31 days.

    50% of the full rental amount is due upon time of signing the rental agreement.
    Total is due 30 days prior to stay.

    Cancellation fee is $150.

    If notice of cancellation is given 30 days or less prior to rental period, refunds will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved. .

    No refunds will be made for peak rental periods.
