This beautiful condo is perfectly situated on the golf course (10th Fairway) with a view of mountains in the distance. Ducks, fish, turtles, and Canadian geese are your neighbors along with some friendly people. First floor condo with easy access to freeways, hospitals, & shopping. Peoria and Surprise stadiums, University of Phoenix, and Westgate, are nearby with something fun always going on! It is fully furnished, tastefully decorated. There are wonderful cities to be explored; Scottsdale, Tempe, Flagstaff, Prescott, Sedona, and Tucson. There are museums, Indian ruins, petroglyphs, comedy, theaters, the Science Center, Karchtner Caverns, and the Grand Canyon within moments, or a few hours. It's a charming, quiet, resort-like place to relax and unwind, or a cozy hide-a-way to pop in and out of between all your activities. Owner lives nearby. (Computer/Internet at no extra charge)

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates are subject to change, and may be negotiable, please call owner
  • SECURITY DEPOSIT is dependent on the length of stay, but usually equals the weekly rent, or the first month's rent, and holds condo until check-in date. If reservation is canceled, and condo does not get rented out for that time period, it is non-refundable; if condo does get rented out for that time period, the deposit will be refundable minus $75.00 cancellation fee. Deposit is refundable within ten days after passing check-out inspection.
  • RENT is due three months before check-in, (four months for peak season) unless reservation is made closer to check-in date, then it is due at time reservation is made. There is no refund if cancellation is necessary unless condo gets rented out for that time period, and will be minus a $75.00 cancellation fee. If it only rents part of the time, refund will be prorated based on how many days of the time period condo rented for.
