Views of Candlewood Lake from the Living Room, Dining Room and Master Bedroom just take your breath away. Set on a slope, the house has a generously sized great room, perfect for lots of guests and cordial visiting, admiring the view or enjoying a fire in the stone fireplace.
Decks lead to the steps right to the lake for boating, swimming or sunning.
The area offers great variety in restaurants, our favorite was in Kent, a picture-perfect town nearby which also has a excellent hiking area. There is also lots of charming shopping especially book and antique stores.
The owners were very cooperative and considerate. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives.
