This home features an extended pool and deck that has a removable child protection fence for added safety for the children. The pool and spa also come with the option of being heated. The lanai is comfortably fitted with outdoor furniture and surrounded by luscious tropical vegetation.

Additionally this home features a newly furnished Games room with a 8ft slate pool table, luxury foosball table, board games, and PS2 video game system with games, CD/radio, and sporting equipment for the recreational park.

All our bedrooms have been fully upgraded and tastefully furnished with luxury and comfort in mind. The oversized Master Bedroom has a Flat Screen cable TV, large master bathroom and direct access to the pool area.

We have a luxurious dining room and breakfast nook ideal for both quick and casual meals. The family room and living room offer two separate areas where you can relax and enjoy the luxury. The family room has an entertainment center with an oversized flat screen

From Orange Tree to all major attractions is a 15 to 30-minute drive, with local supermarket and amenities no more than 5 minutes away. As well as visiting the theme parks, why not experience some of Florida's other attractions and visit the Sunshine State's superb golden beaches and stunning coastlines. You can reach the West Coast in about 90 minutes. Close by Orange Tree, a visit to Lake Louisa offers fishing, boating or maybe just a lazy Sunday picnic and leisurely stroll. Jaycee Beach with its fishing pier is just a short drive away. Golf anyone? Take your pick from the many superb golf courses! Whether you are a Pro or a beginner - there is something for everyone. Play a round at Orange Lake Golf and Country Club on a course built by Arnold Palmer; it’s just a 10-minute drive.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This was everything we could have asked for in a vacation home. The kids loved the game room and the pool. We went to Disney 2 days out of our 7 and then we just layed around and enjoyed the house. My wife and I enjoyed the jaccuzzi/spa after the long and draining days at the park. It was definately something nice to come home to. The house was perfect, everything was like brand new and was definately a 1st Class Home! The landscaping was tropical and provided a nice relaxing tropical background for our stay. The property manager Martin was truly helpful in every way, and the owner made the reservation process a breeze. We took the kids and picked oranges from the orange groves, we had a great time and will definately be returning to your home on our next vacation. We have rented vacation homes before but nothing comes close to this one. We thank you for letting us stay in your home. However, if you ask my kids, it is their new house in Florida.

Excellent Villa

We stayed here for two weeks in July with our two teenage daughters.The villa was beautiful and spacious. We have stayed in two other villas in the Orlando area and this was the best. The location is perfect, not too far from the parks but in a peaceful, easy to reach location with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We had plenty of room to spread out and the girls had their own bathrooms which is always a bonus with teenagers. They were jealous of our huge master bedroom and bathroom suite which was amazing! We all enjoyed playing pool in the games room and relaxing in the pool plus jacuzzi. The wifi meant the girls could keep in touch with their friends back home, an added bonus if you are from Europe. The villa was fully equipped with everything you might need and much more besides. It is clear that the owner has carefully considered the needs of all her potential guests. The villa is beautifully presented and maintained. All things considered, this villa was perfect! Highly recommended.

This was my first time booking a vacation rental and I would recommend it to anybody. This house was big enough for everybody to have their own space after long days at
Disney. It was very clean and well kept. My daughter loved the pool and hot tub and my brother spent all his time in the game room. The location was great, 20 minutes from the parks just outside of the chaos and tourist traps. The beds were very comfortable. We were also able to check in early which was a huge plus. We're already planning our trip for next year.

p.s. this property has a huge master bath with his and her sinks, garden tub and seperate shower that is not shown in the pictures.

GREAT GETAWAY, BETTER THAN ANY HOTEL!

What a beautiful home! Very nicely decorated! Everything was right there, we didn't need to bring a thing except our suitcase. The home was clean and very well maintained. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and also very well maintained. The kids enjoyed the game room on our days away from the parks and shopping. Disney is nearby, as well as shopping and lots of restaurants. We even traveled to the gulf coast on one of our outings. Again, we had a comfortable, fun, rewarding time at this lovely home. Making the reservations was a snap! I will recommend to all my friends and relatives for that getaway that everyone needs. No more hotels for me after staying in this lovely home.

Enjoyable and Relaxing

This property was even better than we expected. This home was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a Great Girls Spring Break getaway.Great location - close to shopping, restaurants and the parks. Loved the pool and hot tub! We will definitely rent again and recommend this property to all our friends and family. We had such a great time we didn't want to leave.
