4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, sleeps 10 people, south facing pool spa & games room.

Our villa is situated in Clear Creek and is one your family will not forget. It is fully furnished to a high standard. It has 4 bedrooms (2 on-suite) with 2 twin rooms one of which is decorated in Mickey Mouse for the young children. We have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. The pool is 21ft long enabling you to enjoy a good swim and is south facing. The spa and pool have lights enabling you to enjoy an evening dip after a long day at the parks. Our games room is equipped with a full size pool table, dart board and arcade basket ball game.

Clear Creek is a delightful quiet community located 1 1/2 miles north of US Highway 192 and just off Highway 27, the commute time to Walt Disney World is only 10 minutes. There is a shopping plaza located at the entrance of the community, which includes supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, petrol station and a large Wallmart also various food take away outlets. The Orange Lake Golf Club is on the 192 along with many restaurants and souvenir shops.

Theme Parks: With this villa, you are only minutes drive from the best theme parks in the world! These top theme parks will keep the children and the big kids (adults) occupied!

With inspiring shows, dare deviling rides and attractions, fantastic fireworks displays, animal shows, acrobatics, meet and greet top cartoon stars there's something to please everyone.

Splash Around!: With your very own 21ft long private swimming pool in the garden your sure to have fun. The private heatable screened pool has a large sunbathing area which is South facing so you can enjoy the sunshine all day long. There are plenty of sun loungers, chairs and pool side furniture to make your time outside in the sun enjoyable. For those who do not like to sunbathe but prefer to read a book in the shade, we have a covered lanai where you can cool down and relax away from the sun.

You also have the opportunity to relax in your very own private spa. The private spa which is also heatable is the perfect way to unwind after a long day at the parks.

Golf : Our luxury villa is perfectly situated for all you Golf lovers. There is a vast amount of choice of Golf Courses which are just a few minutes drive away. The majority of the Golf courses are open to the public and have all the equipment you will need to become a golf pro.

About Lynn Richardson

I have been visiting Florida for the last 12 years with my family. Always renting on Clear Creek, in fact the same house just round the corner. We loved the lay out of the villa and the large pool area, so when the oportunity came up for to afford to buy one we jumped at it. The whole family love the villa and Florida and we have many friends who live there now.

What makes this villa unique

The villa is very close to the parks and eateries and also we have many shops and also a cinema close by. There are many golf courses to choose from near byas well.

Notes

  • Methods of payment to rent our villa is via PayPal or cheque. Please note paypal charge you 3%.
  • A deposit of 25% is required on receipt of your booking form to secure your dates, this is non refundable.
    All prices do not include local taxes and exclude pool heating. Where this is requested at the time of booking the charge is $26/£17 per day.
    Bookings of five nights or less will incur a cleaning charge of $90/£55.
    For bookings of 3 weeks or more there is a 10% discount.
    A security deposit of $250/£150 will be required and is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
  • For prices in GB Pound Sterling please contact us by email with the dates you would require and we will endeavor to reply to your request as soon as possible.

Notes: A bar of soap and a toilet roll will be supplied in each of the three bathrooms. Games Room - In the games room we have supplied an 8ft pool table, arcade basketball game and a darts board for family fun. In the Villa there are two living room areas. One with a 3 seater sofa bed and a 2 seater love seat with coffee and end tables. The second living area consists of 2 large 3 seater sofas, coffee and end tables a 42' flat screen TV & Dvd player . There is also a CD player and Hifi system with a selection of CDs for your use. There is a well equipped Laundry room with Washer, Dryer, Iron, Ironing board, washing basket, clothes dryer and cleaning equipment.

Thanks for the use of your villa! We had a wonderful time. It was very convienent to get to Disney and Sea World and in a nice residential neighborhood where we felt comfortable to go for runs. We enjoyed the pool and game room, and the kids loved having a TV in their bedroom. We would definately stay again on a future trip to Florida!

We are leaving your villa today and have had the most amazing 2 weeks. Your villa is beautiful and I would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone I know.

The villa is beautifully decorated and the kids loved the games room and pool. The Management team have also been lovely to deal with and very helpful.

Your villa made a magical 2 weeks that bit more special as we knew we had somewhere special to return to each night.

We will be looking for flights again next year and are hopeing to stay at your villa again

Thank you for letting us use your villa its lovely!. We have loved the games room, especially my Dad because he comes from Newcastle so he liked the flag and pictures . He also liked your Jimmy Nail CD. We loved going in the swimming pool in the morning!

We have been to the parks every day, it has been easy to get to and not far. The shopping Malls and outlets are not far too.

Your Villa is cozy and feels like home.
