San Remo is an intimate four story gated resort property in Santa Rosa Beach just minutes away from Destin, Sandestin, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, Seaside & Rosemary Beach. This beautifully decorated condo easily sleeps 6 people with a king bed in the gulfside master, queen sleeper sofa and private bunkroom. In addition to comfortable bunk beds, this spacious (7' x 12') room has its own dresser, flat screen TV with DVD for the kids. Complimentary bath amenities -L'Occitane soaps, shampoo & lotions. Two full baths make this an ideal choice for families. The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Relax on the 25' x 10' balcony overlooking the gulf, dunes, pool, spa, and private fishing pond with fountain. A beach setup of two chairs and an umbrella are provided March - October. Just added-2 new bicycles and adult helmets so our guests can enjoy the 18 miles of bike paths along 30A cruising past dune lakes and through state parks.
Located on Scenic Highway 30-A, San Remo is within walking distance to a number of wonderful restaurants: Smiling Fish, Goatfeathers, Basmati's, Cafe Tango and a short drive to numerous other eating establishments, both family oriented and fine dining. Want to leave the peace and quiet of 30-A ? Just 15 minutes away is the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin which offers quaint shops, numerous restaurants, nightclubs, live open air concerts, and great people watching. Just 10 minutes away from the condo are the newest additions to our wonderful array of dining choices-Cantina Lareda, Mitchell's Fish Market and Restaurant, Tommy Bahamas Tropical Cafe, PF Changs, and Flemings Steak House located on Grand Boulevard just east of Sandestin.
If shopping is your thing, Silver Sands Outlet Mall and the shops at Grand Boulevard are just down the road. Will golf be part of your vacation ?
