The 3rd Guest Suite has its own private entry and is separate from the main residence. It is complete with a Queen Bed and private bath. This arrangement works well for anyone requiring separate quarters and privacy.
One may rent just the two bedroom at a reduced rate or add the third bedroom “Guest House” if you desire three bedrooms and three baths. Young children needing supervision are not allowed to stay in the “Guest House” by themselves.

You can be sunning on the warm sands of Bonita/Barefoot Beach or shopping at the New Coconut Point Mall, the second largest open air mall in the country in a matter of minutes. See our Activities Book for suggestions of things to do! Within walking distance are numerous Restaurants, Golf (both miniature and real), Tennis, Boating, Kayaking, and other amenities.
If you plan to rent a boat or charter a sight-seeing/fishing trip there is a local marina only 30 seconds away and another just around the corner. Numerous eco-tours are also close at hand. Several offer kayak and canoe trails through untamed estuaries. Tennis players can play at the friendly Tennis Club which is just down the street. During their respective seasons one can enjoy the Red Sox and Twins spring training games, FGCU University basketball and baseball, and Everblades Hockey. We literally are just a hop, skip or a jump to a host of activities.
