Condo amenities include covered parking, an adjacent outdoor pool with hot tub, and picnic/BBQ areas. Best of all, membership to the Golf & River Club is included with your stay. You have the opportunity to enjoy 27 holes of championship golf, tennis courts, a large community pool, full fitness center, boat launch and canoe park, and the services of a full-time activities director. Nature trails and walking paths abound within the beautifully landscaped community. Boat shuttle service provides access to Estero Bay, the Gulf of Mexico, and southwest Florida's famous white powder beaches.
