The most unique thing about the house and its location is it's access to the beach, bonfires at the beach, walking to the boardwalk, the harbor, and so much more. There is a local coffee shop within two blocks, the sea bright brewery, a burger join, a market and so much more. The neighborhood itself is sunny and bright and very well kept and clean. It is definitely an ideal location for family vacations with the beach the boardwalk and restaurants all within walking distance.
