Welcome to our contemporary and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium in Tampa, FL. Our guests will find that our property boasts a wonderful open floor plan concept which is great for entertaining and enjoying your Florida vacation. Some of the highlighted features of the property are: Huge kitchen with an island, Brand new HDTV Smart TV, New king size bed with a high quality mattress in the master bedroom, New queen size bed with high quality mattress in the 2nd bedroom, wonderful 3rd floor views from our wrap around balcony, as so much more.

This condominium is perfectly located for vacationers who want to do just about everything. Within approximately 45 minutes you could be at most beaches along the coastline - such as Clearwater, Indian Rocks, Treasure Island and Sarasota. It is also 45 minutes to Disney World in the other direction, 15 minutes to Busch Gardens in Tampa and easy access to I-4, Interstate 75, and the Expressway. You can also visit Cape Canaveral which is located only 90 minutes away.

There are several shopping malls and excellent restaurants within five minutes. Downtown Tampa is only 10 minutes away with its beautiful waterfront attractions which you can walk to a variety of restaurants, entertainment, and sports events. Lets not forget historical Ybor City, a smaller version of New Orleans French Quarter!!

Management simply doesn't care about

I held off writing this review patiently waiting to hear from rental management owner. Since Janice Powell has not contacted me back, here is my review.

This unit is as described, clean and roomy. A good location for taking our children back to college as it was close to highway. There were five in our party: self, spouse, my father and our two college aged children. The kids stayed for one night and the couch and blow up mattress provided were sufficient.

During our "check in", I asked agent how safe the area was since it was a commercial area. She stated very safe and she said she lives in the complex herself. After we settled in, we headed out to dinner. My son left his car in the lot (no assigned parking spot) and we took one car to dinner.

Upon return, we noticed my sons car was hit in the drivers rear panel. It was hit hard enough to shift the back end of the car towards the next parking spot! I immediately called management agent and was told to contact police and they would call the Janice (management owner). Police could not do anything since it was on private property. Agent called back and said Janice would contact me soon but in the meantime, complex security would be out to see us. What a joke security was. The guy said "I will have to see if there are any cameras around". You don't know?? He then said there was a domestic disturbance earlier. Someone in the complex stated a couple were fighting and the man jumped in his car and sped away. (Obviously backed out of spot, hit our car and left). Security was called but by the time they arrived, there was no one around. They would investigate.

The problem I have is where is customer service? No, it wasn't managements fault or responsibly, I have insurance for that. BUT a phone call back would have been nice. We basically were a paying "guest", and an ounce of concern would have gone a long way in my eyes.

Because of this, I would not recommend using this management company. They basically take your money and that is it. If we left anything wrong in the unit, I'm sure they would contact us immediately. But, do they care if we were happy about our visit? I guess not.

Owner's Response: Thank you very much for your review. The assertion that we do not care about our guests is completely false. This guest did encounter a situation where someone did back into her sons car. Given that we told her to contact the police as that is a situation which they should handle as there is certainly nothing we could have done and we have no legal authority and power to assist so we directed her to someone that should have that capability. We also immediately contacted the condominium association to see if the onsite security company they employ could assist. Our hope was that they possibly saw the incident happen which could help lead the police so that they could file a claim against there insurance. I completely understand the frustration of coming to your car and seeing that someone hit it as this has happened to me a few times in grocery store parking lots. We spoke with this guest 3 times in a matter a 24 hours once we learned of the situation. Each time we spoke with the guest we also made sure that everything was working well within their unit as that is something that we have direct control over. Each time we asked she stated everything was fine and there was nothing else we could do for her and her family. To those reading this I would encourage you to read our other reviews which all reflect high ratings. If we were a company that didn't care about its guest we wouldn't have such high reviews for this property and others and we certainly wouldn't have over 15 additional VRBO properties in which owners have entrusted us to rent out for them.

This place lived up to its advertisements and more! The surrounding area is deceptive in that a place like this would not have been expected. We arrived later than our arranged time but the manager was extremely helpful in getting us situated. We came in and everything was ready (including the TV being turned on for us :). We were immediately struck by not only how clean everything was, but how this looked better than the pictures. Everything needed was provided in terms of facility and utilities. It's like home away from home. The bed linens are luxurious, the towels super fluffy and everything is in like-new condition. Beds are very comfortable and the pool is ideal for a relaxing dip. The outside balcony (with netting to keep pest out) is great and has a nice view of a pond. The residents are extremely friendly. Very nice and quiet in the evening and at night. Great beaches within a 30 minute drive (go to Siesta Key, about 1 hour south for the finest sand around). For us, it was a much better option than a hotel or resort (you get more than either of those options can offer). We travelled with our 20 month old and he loved the pool and the children's playground. Our only regret is that we didn't have any time to take advantage of the nearby shopping opportunities (too much fun in the sand and the pool). Definitely a place to come back to.

Wonderful condo

This property was very clean and as described in the listing. It is close to shopping and only 10-15 minutes away from Busch Gardens. The pool area was beautiful although it was closed one full day to be cleaned. The faucet in the master bath was faulty and we had a hard time turning the water on and off. The beds weren't the most comfortable but we would still stay here again given the opportunity. The hospitality manager was very nice and the communication was excellent.

What a great experience. From booking this vacation, to arriving and sand to leave this great place. This unit is fully furnished. Tv internet dvd books bord games. Nice intirea design. Pool voleball tennis closer to mall wallmart poblix costco wafull house ect close to mager highways .20min to busgarden .plus staff was very corius and nice, prompt to helping. Over all it was a great experience in a nice quite place

Great condo!

We were lucky to find this listing when we were looking for a place to stay for Christmas and New Year's. Everything about it exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself is very clean and nice. Even roomier and better looking than the photos would suggest! Pool area was wonderful and the location is great, very close to highways and interstates, mall and grocery stores and such nearby. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Next time my family visits we're contacting Cody again, it's a no-brainer.

Beautiful Property -- Relaxing Stay!

Cody, We just wanted to thank you for your last-minute help with a place to stay when we came down for the birth of my grandson. The condo was beautifully furnished, comfortable, very clean and was indeed just as described in the ad and photos --- only BETTER!! The property itself was planted and maintained with a lush, tropical feel. There were plenty of chairs available for guest use at the large, wonderful pool. The pool fountains were a hit with my 10 month old grandson -- he LOVED playing in them, and the pool was large enough so that you didn't have the close in-your-face-feeling with other families who were also enjoying the pool. The kitchen was well equipped, the towels thick and fluffy, the beds comfy, and the sheets of quality, high thread count fabric. The view toward the back lent a very private feel to the screen porch and great room. We left the blinds open most of the time to enjoy being in the treetops of the live oaks! We also LOVED it that there were not decorative items EVERYwhere as there are in many rentals. So much fru-fru is smothering and there is no place left for the guests' belongings. Thanks also for the great laundry - so convenient - and used many times during our two week stay. Guests might want to try The Cheesecake Factory in the mall in Brandon. Also, Jessie's is a great restaurant a little further down past the mall on the left. If guests go into Tampa, I can highly recommend CDB Pizza near USF --- they have LOTS more than "just pizza" --- First Watch has a FANTASTIC breakfast - also near USF. Landry's on the waterfront and then The Hurricane in Pass-a-grille Beach complete my list of favorites in the food category! Thank you again for your help and for providing such a great place to vacation. I have already recommended it and we for sure plan on returning! Gloria
