New Construction 4 Bedroom 4 1/2 Bath Ocean Front Home!!! Come kick your feet up at The Sandy Salmon. Enjoy ocean and beach front views! Our house is directly on the beach. You can't get any closer! The layout is as follows: 1st Floor: Living room, dining room and kitchen area (all ocean views!) There is a half bath as well as a King bedroom with full bath. 2nd Floor: King Master Suite w/ Master Bath. Ocean Front Porch off of room, King Guest Master Suite w/ bathroom as well as Ocean Front Porch And a pull out sofa! Children's room w/ bathroom has 1 twin trundle bed with pull out bed underneath (this room sleeps a total of two). The elevator goes from the garage all the way to the beautiful roof top sundeck! The 3rd floor sundeck has amazing 360 degree views of Folly Beach, Morris Island Light House as well as the New Cooper River Bridge!

Simply Breathtaking!!! Let This Be Your Home Away From Home! Take in the views of the Atlantic Ocean from the front porch after enjoying a fun day at the beach! Ocean Views from the living/dining and kitchen area as well as both King Master Suites. All rooms tastefully decorated and include TV in every room. Children's room will have a DVD player as well as the living room.

Lovely House on the Beach

We enjoyed a week at this house. It is exactly as shown in the pictures with the exception of the picture of the children's room (there are not two daybeds as shown in the photo, but the text description is correct) and the sundeck (the blue and green chairs are not there). It was clean and tidy, and it contained everything we needed to cook a few meals and make my son's birthday cake. We had a great time watching dolphins playing in the water right in front of the house and walking down to the lighthouse every day. The owners were honest and friendly, and our entire security deposit was returned with no hassle. This was our first VRBO experience, and we were quite pleased.
