The entire house is done in marble. The front of the house is all glass, to enhance the spectacular view of Acapulco Bay. The main level consists of a large entrance, with a fountain and stairs off both sides. There is one large bedroom, full bathroom, sitting room and a separate exit to a terrace, that has a palapa, that overlooks the pool area. An incredible new waterfall and water slide was just added this year that is sure to please.
The main level also houses a huge family room of all glass, an elevated dining area, that seats 12, a separate bar area and a beautiful new kitchen. Off the kitchen is the laundry room. Located out the two 14 foot glass doors in the family room is a beautiful patio area, perfect for dining or relaxing.
Down another flight of marble stairs, will take us to the pool deck area, just redone in a cool deck white finish. Back up to the main level and up a marble staircase will take us to the second level. To the left a bedroom, with a full bath and an office or sitting room. To the right is the master bedroom. It is big and comfortable. Two large sets of sliding glass doors take us out to the marble terrace.
I love this area. It is very large, with a sitting area, dining area and sunning area. Up a few stairs will take us to another terrace with an eating and sunning area, done in granite. The house has 6 custom made palapas. The main palapa shades the entire front of the house from the afternoon sun and it is one of a kind.
The house has an ultra-violet water purification system. No need to buy bottled water or purified ice. The house also has a water pressurization system. Most Mexico homes suffer from poor water pressure, not this house. 75 PSI from every outlet in the house, with all copper water lines.
The house is currently set up with some high end electronics. Panasonic 5 disc DVD changer, JVC VCR and JBL speakers are in the master bedroom! Lower bedroom has a 30 inch Philips TV and Panasonic DVD player. Top of the line Sony receiver powers 4 pairs of JBL speakers. One pair in the master bedroom, one pair in the family room, one pair of outdoor JBL speakers in the lower outdoor patio area and another pair of outdoor JBL speakers in the pool area, all controlled by a speaker control box. This house is set-up for pleasure. The villa also offers Dish Network Satellite TV and wireless high speed Internet plus VOIP phone, so your calls to and from the USA are free of charge!
