This oceanfront one-bedroom ground level condo looks out on the beautiful northwest Maui ocean with views of Lanaii and Molokai. It's right above a lovely cove with the best snorkeling on the island, including several resident Honu: the sacred sea turtles.
Why this condo in northwest Maui? Anyone who has been knows that compared to Napili Shores, Napili Surf, or other Napili area complexes, our Napili Point resort and B11 condo are filled with light, have beautiful grounds, spacious rooms and new decor and amenities.
Condo B11 is always updated, with tile floors, full kitchen, and maid service. You can walk to Napili Market and buy fresh fish or meats to barbecue on the gas grills just outside the sliding glass doors, or walk to great local restaurants within minutes. The path to the beach is ten steps down the stairway, and then 3-5 minutes along an ocean path filled with tide pools. You can chill out at the big turtle pool just steps out the back door, where you see a panoramic view of the ocean and lovely landscaping.
While this part of Maui remains less developed, the Ritz-Carlton is just up the hill, and has a golf course course favored by many professional golfers if you want to play On the hills just past Honoapiilani Hwy you can horseback ride through rainforest and pineapple fields at Ironwood Ranch, or hike trails along the northern tip of Maui. It's a place where you can go with a family, a sweetheart, or pals, and if you want activities, there's sailing, parasailing, Haleakala volcano rides and many others. Boat trips leave from Lahaina, Kaanapali or Kapalua (all within 10-15 minutes); or you can just unwind in the magic of the Maui air on the patio, poolside or at Napili Beach

We began vacationing at Napili Point resort in the 80's, and Julie decided to buy, with sisters joining later. The complex and condo are beautiful & location ideal, with easy access to everything without being in an overbuilt area like Kihei. There are feathery Norfolk pines up the hill, as well as the palm trees that grace the coast. The complex is rigorously maintained, and the staff are all sweet and helpful. Tax ID- 27-3148435
We redecorate and upgrade every year (just did in Aug 2013) so all kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, furniture, flooring and entertainment items are new & comfortable. 42' Blue Ray Flat screen TV in the living room, a flat screen in the bedroom, both with DVD players and multiple inputs. Bose stereo, free internet connection and full cable. HBO is also provided free of charge.
We are ten steps above Honoakealana Cove, with amazing snorkeling, and just a 3-5 minute walk along the tidepools or on the street to Napili Bay beach.
