This property appeals to your need for style, cleanliness, comfort, and convenience, but in this great setting you may be torn between relaxing indoors and adventuring outdoors. The 1380 square foot unit is all on one floor; the floor plan separates the bedrooms from the large, open living/dining area. Bedrooms have ceiling fans and comfortable mattresses; extra pillows, too. The kitchen will delight, with its generous counter space, new appliances, dishware, and utensils for cooking and baking. (We even supply spices and cookbooks.) After depositing your luggage in the bedrooms you may want to plunk yourself onto the leather chair, or one of the two leather couches that seat six and invite you to settle in for hours. The TV and stereo will entertain you as you put your feet up on the large, colorful ottoman. In spring, summer, and fall the spacious deck beckons, with its gas grill and outdoor furnishings, looking out on a quiet, tree-lined street.

I had such a great time at this condo. It was luxuriously furnished and it had all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cutlery, dishes and cooking supplies. The location was great because the condo is a short walking distance from downtown Durango. I really enjoyed my stay and I hope to come back again!

What a wonderful, comfortable, place to get away

I was pleasantly surprised to find such a quality condo as a rental. We could walk a short distance to town, or use the excellently appointed kitchen for great meals.
The master suite was comfortable for us and the kids enjoyed the 2nd bedroom and the fold out in the living room. There was ample space for the 5 of us and we were impressed with the layout and decor of the condo.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
