On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and a living room. The first room has a king size bed and a beautiful marble bathroom. The second one has two queen size beds, a large closet and a terrace with probably the best ocean view in the house. Right outside the bedrooms is the living room equipped with an entertainment set including satellite TV, DVD and a surround sound home theater.
On the first floor of the house, you can find a large granite kitchen, a complete laundry set, an elegant marble dining room, a large living room overlooking the sea and the fourth bedroom, including two bunk beds and a small bathroom. Also in the first floor, there is large terrace, right in front of the pool area, with a magnificent view of the bay. From this very spot, you can enjoy one of the best sunsets of your life!
There are two pools, one of them overlooking the sea and the other at the back for a more relaxing time. There´s also a nice garden next to the pool where you can get a nice tan. The beach is probably one of the nicest and less crowded of Nuevo Vallarta. There are no hotels nearby so you can really enjoy your privacy. Shopping is conveniently located at Paradise Village Plaza, just five 5 minutes by car. There’s also a big supermarket (Comercial Mexicana) in less than 10 minutes drive away.
