The Gatlinburg Lodge at SmokyMountainViews is located in the Pinnacle View section of Gatlinburg, overlooking The Smokies, near downtown Gatlinburg, and not too far from Pigeon Forge and Sevierville in Sevier County.
Our location is quiet and private, not far from The Glades, Gatlinburg's famous Arts and Crafts community, with approximately 150 Artisans -- perfect for Christmas gifts and birthday presents.
We are just off of Route 321, with easy access to Interstate 41, via Cosby and Newport, Tennessee, thus avoiding major traffic congestion.

It's Snowing at! Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort, Aerial Tram-Way: Did you know that you can Ski in Tennessee? It's true! Ober Gatlinburg's 8 Trails are open from approximately early December until early March. Lift Tickets and Rates: Lift Tickets are available for either 1 or 2 days. Rates vary by day of the week, time of day, and on holidays; also, by Adult, Junior (ages 7 to 11; 6 and under Free with adult), and Senior (50 and over). Adult rates for 1 day range from $15 to $47; Junior and Senior rates range from $20 to $37. For 2 days, rates range from $55 to $89 for Adults, and from $35 to $69 for Juniors and Seniors. Ski Equipment Rental: Both Skis (includes Skis, Boots, Poles and Breakage Insurance) and Snowboards (includes Snowboards and Boots) are available for rental. Rates range from $19 to $22 for Skis for a single session, and are $30 for Snowboards. Ski Lessons and Snowboard Lessons: group skiing lessons are available for $1, and a 1-hour Private Lesson cost $60.

3 miles to Bent Creek Golf Course: The Gatlinburg Lodge at SmokyMountainViews is approximately 3 miles to the Gary Player designed Bent Creek Golf Course. This beautiful par 72 course, set near The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, opened in 1972. Bent Creek Golf Resort has been rated one of the 'Top Fifty Golf Courses in the South' by Southern Living Travel Guide. Bent Creek Golf Village offers Creek Side Grill, Putting Green, Group and Tournament Rates, Full-Service Golf Shop, PGA Staff, Golf Lessons (Group and Private), etc.
Gatlinburg Golf Course: After a recent half-million dollar renovation, it shouldn't be surprising that Golf Digest named the Gatlinburg Golf Course The Best Municipal Course in Tennessee in August 2009. Also nearby (located near Dollywood, just 5 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg), the Gatlinburg Golf Course offers breath-taking views of The Smokey Mountains. The Gatlinburg Golf Course is home to the legendary 'Sky Hi', number 12, which drops 200 feet, tee to green.
Laurel Valley Golf Course (702 Country Club Drive): A little further away in Townsend TN, the Laurel Valley Golf is well worth the drive. Within range of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, and Knoxville, this challenging course can be enjoyed by golfers of all skill levels.
