This is the place to stay in Miami

We arrived and were completely amazed by the view. You can see the Miami Performings Art Center, AAA arena to the west to Biscayne Bay and the Miami sea port, along with all the downtown area.
The condo is about 10 minutes from the airport, it is located within walking distance from downtown Miami and Bayside marketplace. Public transportation available and parking garage if you have a car too.
10 minutes drive and you are in Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, etc.
We went many times to Primo's restaurant located in the same Grand DoubleTree building.

The unit is beautifully decorated and very convenient, the kitchen has all you need for a quick breakfast and snack. If you feel like cooking you could too. Impeccable pristine condition. I will not stay at any hotel having this place available.
Building common areas are very nice, nice pool and fitness facility. Highly recommended place for business or leisure travel

I rented this apartment on a recent trip to Miami and it was certainly the best value for money I could find. The apartment is clean, modern and spacious. The views from the balcony are very spectacular especially at night time so make sure you have a camera.
Very convinient location, 10 mins from the Airport, 15 min fom Key Biscayne, 5 mins from South Beach and 15 to Coconut Grove, 10 minutes from Midtown Miami
The Grand offers amazing amenities, swimming pool, sauna, gym, and has 3 restaurants (including Primo's!) and a super-market. I found that very handy, I could have everything I needed without leaving the building :-)
I met on arrival at the apartment by the owners and they were very helpful indeed during my stay. Renting a stay here comes highly recommended.
