Beautiful Luxurious Spacious home setting on 5 private acres ½ mile from the new Lake Lewisville Toll Bridge located in Denton County near Frisco and within minutes of the Dallas Fort Worth Airport and all surrounding cities. There is plenty of room to park your RV, Boats or ATV Vehicles. Dogs are welcome and will be safe in the private enclosed dog kennel (heat/ac) with exterior dog run. The Anglers can enjoy fishing in the private stocked pond, catch and release of course. The second story includes Game/Exercise room with electronic dart game, shuffleboard, and exercise equipment.

  • Rates are for a family of 6, $10 for each additional person, call for larger groups.
  • $250 Security Deposit required,. $20 per night for dogs. Rental rates and cleaning fees must be paid in full within 1 week prior to check in. Must have 72 hours notice of cancellation, otherwise you will lose your deposit. Provided that the rental has no damages after cleaning and inspection, deposit will be refunded in full.
    No smoking or wild parties, please.
