We have been going to Kiawah Island for more than 30 years, renting in many areas around the island and owning on Greensward and in Tennis Club. Spending a week in September has become a regular event and something that I look forward to each year. This year, I rented for two weeks. One week for my girlfriend and I, and another week as a gift for my parents.
I always shop around, and usually wait until the end of August to try to get a great deal. Working with Susie made that very easy! She showed me numerous properties to choose. As a former homeowner who rented two properties, I understand the process and what is involved. Susie made that easy and understands the customer service aspect of the process. I really enjoyed working with her, and look forward to planning my trip for next year with Susie! This is the first time that I can say that I am going with the same group the following year. The personal attention is key.
The house was just updated and the perfect place for us. Close to the beach and pool without tons of people. Not that Kiawah is overrun with people, but places like Windswept Villas have too many people milling around.
I could go on and on. But my main point – it was a great week, a great house, fantastic service, and I felt that my parents were in great hands when they were there for their week! Thank you Susie!
