Brand new 3 bedroom vacation condo on the golf course at River Strand Golf and Country Club, 1/2 mile off of Interstate 75.

You'll have complete comfort and quiet on this ground-floor, beautifully furnished, turn-key vacation rental. All you bring are your clothes, tennis racket and golf clubs. We even have one adult and one child's bike in the two-car garage.

River Strand is a gated community and one-stop vacation paradise. 27-hole golf course--this unit overlooks the magnificent par 5 3rd hole on the Estuary course. While you sit on the lanai you overlook a beautiful natural lake with endless birds coming and going. A community pool for the street's residents is four doors away.

The clubhouse features a restaurant, golf pro-shop, fully-equipped exercise studio, large pool, and 6 tennis courts.

Tampa International Airport is 44 miles, Bradenton/Sarasota is 18 miles, and Orlando is about 120 miles away.

Shopping, entertainment are all very nearby.

About The Owner

I'm a CT resident and frequent Florida visitor since we bought our Coach Home. I'm looking to rent it in the peak Winter months as our family likes to utilize it during short stints the rest of the year.

Why The Owner chose Bradenton

I was looking for one stop location for a vacation stay. In River Strand, we have a fantastic golf course, great tennis, beautiful birds right outside my window, peaceful street, great neighbors. A high-quality lifestyle. At River Strand you don't burn all day traveling to relax at golf, swimming or tennis. It's all right there. The staff is outstanding, too.

What makes this condo unique

This unit has unique ground floor view overlooking lake on 3rd hole of Estuary golf course. The amount of birds, especially in the Winter months, feeding in the morning and evening is a sight to be seen.
